Appearance
Pale ruby with a few brick-red shimmers.
Bouquet
On the nose it shows a spicy aroma and nuances of ripe, dark berries.
Mouth
On the palate, it surprises with extraordinary freshness and present tannins, which are harmoniously integrated. This wine has incredible depth while keeping its purity of the terroir. This wine does not scream for attention, or tire out the palate, as it is perfectly balanced.
Vinification
Controlled fermentation in 50 hectoliters Barrels. Long maceration with frequent cap plunging and pumping to achieve the optimal extraction.
Ageing
First ageing for 18 months in 5’100 litre French oak barrels, followed by a second aging process in the bottle for no less than 4 years in our winery.

Sirloin Steak - Meaty Asian Spicy Food - Mediterranean Cuisine - Game - Iberian Ham - Cheese and Chocolate.
