The house secret.

A white born partly from black grapes. We vinify the Grenache noir as a white, without letting the skins colour the juice: what remains is the flesh, the texture and the structure of a red wine, in the robe of a white. Few people know this. That is why we call it the house secret.

For years, René Barbier’s favourite white. Old Macabeo and Grenache noir vines, grown at altitude.
